Within our Terms and Conditions (T&C's). Our Terms & Conditions are usually simple and straight forward. Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by us and our Agreement at the time of inception. The T&C's  set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the services rendered and the remuneration that is in return exchanged for the services. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between us and our clients.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. Therefore, as a Services rendering entity, we strive to deliver the best services to you in exchange for the agreed upon remuneration. This remuneration, in return is payable upfront. There are terms set in place to protect both us, as well as yourself to the refund policies.

T&C provide us as the website owners the ability to protect ourselves from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so we have legal services available at all given times to receive local legal advice should we need to protect ourselves in the unfortunate event of potential exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that we may change our offerings in the future, without prior notice, but with regard to fee increases, a once a year increase shared written a full month prior to taking place in advance. We are also copyrighted, meaning that our information is under no circumstances allowed to be copied, shared, used for profitable gains or otherwise without the prior written consent.
