Refund Policy

The explanations and information provided on this page are general and of high-level explanations and information. We do process any and all sections of the business to a high regard and standard. Therefore this section does not fall short in any regard.

We take any and all concerns highly seriously, and will to the best of our ability live up to the expectations of delivering the best of service possible. 

We do under this, require the remuneration for any and all classes upfront, and as we are all human and life does happen, we understand that certain hurdles can be thrown into our lives beyond our control. Should this happen, you have the right to either Cancel or Postpone your class within the given time frames set out below. 

We ask that any refund request be made in writing and forwarded to victorgould92@gmail.com where we can view and process the applicaation in a timely manner. (Our turn around times on refunds are 12 - 48 hours for an answer).

Refunds are made twice a month on a Friday. 
 

Refund Policy - the basics

With every Student's learning needs taken seriously, we like to give nothing less than that of our utmost best to each individual lesson. We prepare each class well before it takes place, and with this, hard work and dedication is stowed into it with love and passion. We therefore take each booking as seriously as your young ones Learning Success. With this, each class that is booked, needs to be paid 24 Hours before class starting time. We know that life is a roller-coaster, and that unforeseen circumstances may occur, therefore we kindly ask that if your class/classes needs to get postponed or cancelled, we kindly ask that this is done 3 Hours before class start time. There will not be a cancellation fee for this, and a full refund is available if the class is postponed more than 3 Hours before class start. You can keep the funds on your Account for your next class too. Should you cancel within three Hours of your class/classes starting, a 50% Class fee is charged. This is for the Teacher that could have slotted in another Student. With this, a 50% refund is available if the class is cancelled within 3 Hours of class start. You can keep the funds on your Account for your next class too. Should you cancel when class has started, or not show up for class, the full Class fee is charged. This is for the Teacher that could have slotted in another Student. With this, a 0% refund is available if the class is cancelled after class has started.

The explanations and information provided on this page are high-level explanations and information on how to start the process of a Refund under the Refund Policy. Please do note that under our own discretion we are to refund partial or fully, given the circumstances. We do ask that a written request is sent for the refund should a refund be requested for us to review and process for approval. Any failed application can be disputed, and refunds are processed twice a month on Fridays.
